Preparing to move house in late 2013, I asked two seperate friends who’d also recently moved whether they could recommend a removalist. Coincidentally, both emailed me contact details for Youseff at Master Relocations and praised him highly.

Trusting their judgement, I asked Youseff if he would handle my move, a complicated one requiring moving out of Melbourne and storing my belongings before moving some weeks later to a house in the country.

I’ve moved house about 10 times in 30 years and I can say without exaggeration that Youseff and his team delivered the best house move I’ve experienced. He is a pleasure to work with, reliable and nothing is too much trouble. His quotes are accurate and care and attention to detail at every level is next to none.

I hope I don’t have to move again but if I do, Youseff and Master Relocations would be the only removalist I’d consider.  Cheryl Johnson
